Recipharm, of Sweden, is to buy Hospira subsidiary Wasserburger Arzneimittelwerk in Germany, for an undisclosed sum, with completion set for 31 January 2010.
GEA Pharma Systems signs second agency agreement with ACE Technologies in India – 25-Nov-2009
GEA Pharma Systems, a supplier of pharmaceutical processing equipment, has signed an agreement with ACE Technologies of Mumbai to sell its Lyophil pharmaceutical freeze dryers throughout India. This follows a previous distribution agreement signed in February for ACE to sell GEA's Courtoy tablet presses.
