The NP-RD10 series is the ultimate single-station benchtop laboratory tablet press.

Natoli Engineering’s NP-RD10 and RD10A CE compliant tablet presses are ideal for pharmaceutical laboratory research and development and for production of small batches. These single-station lab presses have multi-layering capabilities and permit independent control of both tablet hardness and weight to meet tablet-specific production requirements and specifications.

Both the NP-RD10 (manual) and NP-RD10A (semi-automatic) fit on benchtop areas, and are excellent when only small samples are available for testing. They provide consistent reproducibility for tablet compression. Using a tablet press like these in lab research significantly helps to improve tablet uniformity, reduce trial-and-error, decrease formulation waste, and save valuable time and effort.

Natoli’s RD10 series features micro-adjustable depth of fill for extremely accurate layer weight control, programmable parameters for compression force control and automatic cycle return, a quick tablet ejector lever that eliminates the need for disassembly, and rugged construction with an electro-less nickel plated frame. These units are designed for quick tooling changeover and have the option for extra deep fill capacity.
