Smart flow-wrapper handles 100 packs a minute
Ideal for filling and sealing medical equipment
The flow-wrapper has a colour touch screen, making it simple to operate and product changeovers quick. To aid production line efficiency and minimise cost per pack, the Smart offers no-product-no-bag, misplaced product detection and automatic size change facilities. In addition, it has a 64-product memory capacity.
Smart’s fully adjustable folding box means it can pack a wide range of products, all to the same high-quality standards. Its cantilevered body and infeed are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance to ensure the highest levels of hygiene. At only four metres in length, the Smart is extremely compact, making it ideal for premises where space is at a premium.
The multi-axis flow-wrapper is capable of producing between 15 and 100 packs a minute in the standard version or up to 200 packs a minute for the twin jaw format.
