Thomas Steckenreiter takes role as Norbert Kuschnerus retires

Thomas Steckenreiter is to become the divisional head of Operation Support & Safety at Bayer Technology Services (BTS).
Steckenreiter, currently director of marketing at Endress+Hauser Conducta in Gerlingen, Germany, will transfer to BTS on 1 July. He succeeds Norbert Kuschnerus, who retires on 30 June 30, after almost 30 years at Bayer.
Steckenreiter started his career as product manager at Mettler Toledo, before joining Endress+Hauser in 2001, holding various positions with global responsibility.
‘Dr Steckenreiter has solid experience in the fields of process safety and process analysis technology. He possesses special qualities that are key to the focused expansion of our portfolio and thus of our future business,’ said BTS’ managing director Dirk Van Meirvenne.
