Dover realigns pump businesses into three focused companies

Names new leaders of each company

Dover Corporation's Fluids Segment has realigned its pumps businesses into three separate operating companies – Pump Solutions, Finder and Maag – in order to focus better on the needs of customers.

Karl Buscher has been named as President of Pump Solutions, which will include the Wilden, Blackmer, Neptune, Almatec, Mouvex, Griswold, Ebsray and Quattroflow brands. The business will be headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

Ueli Thuerig will become President of Maag, which consists of Maag Pump Systems, Automatik Pelletizing Systems and Maag Filtration Systems and will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Lorenzo Barberi has been named acting President of Finder, a leader in the design and manufacture of API engineered pumps and systems for the global energy market, primarily oil and gas. The company is based in Merate, Italy.

'This new structure will enable us to provide unparalleled technology and applications knowledge to service our customers better,' said Bill Spurgeon, President and CEO of Dover's Fluids segment. 'We will also continue to focus our efforts on both organic and inorganic growth and leverage synergies across our pumps operating companies.'

Dover’s Pumps businesses are a global leader in pumps, systems and related technologies that have more than doubled in size as a result of organic growth and acquisitions over the last six years.
