Cole-Parmer's new digital gear pump drive has a larger, brighter interface and is available with analogue remote control. All operating parameters are displayed, with easy set-up and use of automated processes

With a larger, brighter interface, analogue remote control and simple programming, the new Cole-Parmer Digital Gear Pump Drive for Micropump A-Mount Pump Head is easy to operate and is designed to simplify automated process applications.

Hands-free dispensing is easy: simply set time delay between cycles. The batch count function counts down and displays batches completed, while the cumulative volume or totaliser tracks the amount dispensed across multiple cycles. The graphical, multilanguage LCD display allows you to view the four operating modes — continuous run, timed dispense, copy dispense and volume dispense – continuously, for performance monitoring.

Pulse-free flow is achieveable with the Micropump A-mount pump head. The pump drive turndown ratio is 100:1, while the flow range is from 0.612 to 4212 mL/min. The Cole-Parmer gear pump drive is IP33-rated to ensure splash- and dust-resistance with smooth contours to allow for easy cleaning.

Up to three drives can be stacked to conserve benchtop space.
