L.B. Bohle received ATEX-certification recognition

The European Union first published the ATEX-guideline in 1994. The objective of the ATEX product certification is offer a harmonised compliance procedure when trading Ex products within the EU.

This includes verification of the design specification of a manufacturer’s product in relation to a series of relevant standards.

The sieving machines BTS 100 and BTS 200 built by L.B. Bohle are now verified under this regulation.

To ensure customers experience the maximum level of safety, it is a commitment for L.B. Bohle to graduate this certification process, to guarantee preventive protection in hazardous areas.

Together with the manager of the quality system, Martin Schembecker; the responsible ATEX-commissioner Volker Bähr was able to ensure that all processes for these machines run in accordance with the relevant standards.

Furthermore, in February 2017 L.B. Bohle received recognition news by the certifier about the quality assurance in the production processes. The certification is valid until the end of 2019 and is further proof of L.B. Bohle’s commitment to its customers and their safety when using its products.
