New Chief Medical Officer at Endo

Craig Paterson takes responsibility for global clinical development strategies at the company

Endo International says Craig Paterson has joined the speciality pharmaceutical firm as Chief Medical Officer. In this new role, he will be responsible for global clinical development strategies, execution and lifecycle management as well as making sure that all marketed products and assets under development meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Prior to joining Endo, Paterson held senior medical and clinical development positions at Salix Pharmaceuticals, King Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline.

Paterson previously served as Chief, Colon and Rectal Surgery, Associate Professor of Surgery at University of Massachusetts Medical School and Assistant Professor of Surgery at McMaster University Medical Center where he was responsible for patient care as well as supervision of fellows, surgical residents and medical students.
