Alphora Research provides API technology development services for the scale-up of complex small molecules for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry.
Alphora’s services include process/analytical development and validation, cGMP synthesis, stability testing, HPAPI, and a separate facility for cytotoxic work. Alphora’s 50,000 ft² facility includes organic and analytical labs, cGMP kilo labs, pilot plant operations and QC/QA functions.
Alphora combines excellence and creativity in synthetic organic chemistry with a sound scientific approach to analytical development for novel API technology. It is the application of this combined approach, with a long term view of the programme requirements that ensures the clients’ clinical and commercial success.
Founded by Dr. Jan Oudenes, Alphora has established a key management team with over 200 years of combined experience, plus a team with considerable talent in developing and successfully implementing API technologies for hundreds of pre-clinical and clinical compounds.
