Bavaria Industriekapital acquires Osny oral dose manufacturing business from Catalent

Bavaria Industriekapital, a German industrial holding company, has purchased Catalent's Osny, France oral manufacturing business for an undisclosed sum.


Bavaria Industriekapital, a German industrial holding company, has purchased Catalent's Osny, France oral manufacturing business for an undisclosed sum.

The Osny business provides cGMP development and manufacturing services for hormonal and other high potent drugs in oral dose forms.

On completion, the business will be known as Osny Pharma and all staff will be retained.

Hans Magnus Andresen, md of Bavaria, said: "We have been very impressed by the management and operating teams in Osny and look forward to playing a vital part in the continuation of the site's positive development."
