A durable label that sticks to vials in ultra-low temperatures

CILS has added a computer durable label for ultra low temperatures to its portfolio that it says is suitable for long-term cryogenic freezer storage.

The CILS 9100LN provides immediate permanent adhesion to all cyrovials, tubes and liquid straws stored down to –196ºC, the firm says.

Available in any format including ‘cap & tube’ label sets and variable data (lot numbers, barcodes, etc) can be added ‘in minutes’ straight from a standard laser, inkjet or thermal transfer printer. This not only saves time but also eliminates the risk of smudged/illegible handwritten data, providing reliable sample identification for the storage of liquid nitrogen.
