In April Extract Technology (ETL) welcomed its agents from all over the world for a training seminar focusing on the exiting new range of products within its portfolio.
The training course ran over a busy two-day schedule and covered presentations and discussions from sales, technical, marketing and aftermarket departments. The main feature of the two days was a visit to the production department to see and test the new Standard Products, including SteriPharm, IsoPharm and the GreenLine Booth.
With the biggest pharmaceutical process engineering trade show – Achema - just round the corner, the training was a great springboard to generate real enthusiasm about the products being exhibited at the show and look forward to welcoming everyone again on the ETL stand (Fo.0 D1).
This event highlighted the importance and benefits of communication and cooperation and led to a decision to make the training seminar a regular event.
