Integrated DNA Technologies buys oligonucleotide synthesis business of AITbiotech
Increases firm's capacity to deliver locally manufactured products in Singapore
Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a US-headquartered manufacturer of custom nucleic acids for molecular biology applications, has agreed to buy the oligonucleotide synthesis business of AITbiotech in Singapore.
The deal enables IDT to expand its customer base across Southeast Asia providing customers in the region with access to its broad range of products for genomic applications. AITbiotech will continue operations in its other core business areas.
No financial details have been released.
