Dieter Sauer has been appointed as Regional Managing Director for Grundfos Americas. He takes over the reins as of 1 July.
Sauer was previously President of Grundfos Water Utility. He has extensive experience from the pump industry with more than 20 years in the business.
He has held roles of increasing responsibility at IDEX Corporation, including Vice President and General Manager of Corken, President of Pulsafeeder Engineered Products, and most recently as President of Grundfos Water Utility, formerly YCC, the Grundfos-owned water utility company based in Aurora, US.
Sauer holds a BSc in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In his new position, Sauer will be based at Grundfos Americas HQ in Downers Grove, MA.
