PCI Pharma Services offers key track and trace insights at free seminars
PCI and partners host North Carolina and Chicago area educational serialisation seminars
Leading pharmaceutical outsourcing services provider PCI Pharma Services, in collaboration with Xytnek, Antares and Healthcare Packaging magazine, will host free educational seminars on the topic of serialisation on 1 June in Research Triangle Park (RTP) North Carolina and 9 June at PCI’s Rockford, Illinois facility, west of Chicago. Attendees can expect to enjoy an interactive programme with key insights from experienced serialisation experts sharing best practices and lessons learned. Attendees will also enjoy a live onsite demonstration of serialisation technologies.
The seminars form part of PCI’s ongoing programme of regional events discussing topics relating to optimising clinical trial execution and commercial pharmaceutical supply. PCI hosted similar serialisation seminar events in Philadelphia, San Diego and San Francisco over the past six months as interest has grown in the pharmaceutical industry with the advent of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) serialisation requirements in 2017.
The June events will highlight evolving industry regulations for the implementation of industry serialisation, particularly the imminent deadlines for compliance with the DSCSA in the United States, as well as European Union requirements and those of emerging markets including China, South Korea, Brazil and others. Best practices for global serialisation implementation will also feature, including an expert panel of representatives from leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies who will share their own insights and lessons learned.
