TSO publishes British Pharmacopoeia 2011
Contains 51 new monographs for formulated preparations
The Stationery Office (TSO), on behalf of the British Pharmacopoeia Secretariat, part of the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), has published the British Pharmacopoeia 2011.
The annual British Pharmacopoeia is the official collection of standards for UK medicinal products and pharmaceutical substances. The 2011 version contains 51 new monographs for formulated preparations including veterinary medicines and additional standards for widely used unlicensed formulations. The standards in the British Pharmacopoeia are legally effective in the UK from 1 January 2011.
The BP 2011 print edition (including CD-ROM and online package) is priced at £830. Single-user licences to the BP 2011 CD-ROM and to the BP 2011 online version are provided as part of the print package.
