Agility Health announces retirement of CEO

Multi-state network of outpatient rehabilitation clinics, Agility Health, has announced that Steven Davidson will be retiring as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Davidson was CEO of Agility Health for more than 21 years. Under his direction, the company's revenue quadrupled to around $74 million and its service footprint expanded to more than 150 locations in 22 states and two provinces.

Since Davidson assumed his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Agility Health has moved to diversify its product lines, which now include:

  • Outpatient therapy clinics
  • Outsourced physical rehabilitation services to hospitals and long-term care centres
  • Athletic training/injury prevention to many Fortune 100 corporations and schools*
  • Foot care clinics and the manufacture /distribution of custom or prefabricated orthotics and prosthetics.

*Fortune 100 is a list of the 100 largest public and privately held companies in the US.

Pierre Gagnon, a director of Agility Health, has been appointed Chair by the Board of Directors and will also serve as CEO until a permanent replacement for Davidson has been secured.
