Exova appoints Alison Clayton as General Manager of European pharmaceutical business

Her career spans more than 20 years in pharmaceuticals

With a career spanning more than 20 years in pharmaceuticals, Alison Clayton has joined global testing, calibration and advisory services provider Exova as General Manager of its European pharmaceutical business.

Clayton joins from Quintiles where she was most recently global head of project services for the company's Central Laboratory business, responsible for managing global teams, customer account management and generating and implementing both operational and strategic plans.

In her new role, she will be responsible for Exova’s Edinburgh and Camberley laboratories, utilising her operational experience, technical knowledge and solid understanding of the regulatory framework in which Exova’s customers operate.
