But it’s not just gamers who crave cutting-edge gadgets and equipment; scientists are equally keen to get their hands on breakthrough tools and devices. Maybe not as glamorous, but certainly more impactful.

At the recent TIDES USA event, Erika Leonard (EL), Director of R&D at Vector Laboratories (pictured), presented a poster titled: “The Definitive Toolbox for Optimizing Bioconjugate Properties and Expediting Conjugate Synthesis.”

The BioDesign toolbox: a game-changer for bioconjugate innovation

Showcasing the company’s BioDesign™ product, she outlined a modular set of validated bioconjugation reagents, linker technologies and conjugation strategies that have been designed to help researchers streamline the synthesis and improve the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of bioconjugate therapeutics.

“Toolkits such as this empower scientists to create more effective, stable and scalable drug candidates across a wide range of modalities.”
