Kedem Pharmaceuticals, a specialist pharmaceutical company focused on sublingual drug delivery systems, has promoted its senior vice president, Lola Maksumova, to the position of chief operating officer.
Maksumova joined the Canadian firm in 2011, bringing more than two decades of experience in drug research and product development across a spectrum of therapeutic indications ranging from pulmonary fibrosis to multidrug resistant leukaemia.
Prior to Kedem, she was a vice president of drug development at Pacific Therapeutics in Vancouver.
