Huber China, partner of Huber Kaeltemaschinenbau Germany, offers heating and cooling thermostats within the temperature range of -120 to 425°C. Known for their highly accurate and rapid temperature control, Huber systems offer cooling powers from 450 watts at 0°C up to 24 kW at -60°C and 2 kW at -100°C for trans-industry applications.

This year at CPhI in Shanghai, visitors to Stand E1F06 can see a range of products including the NEW heat transfer station (HTS), ideal for applications where a cooling water supply is required with stable pressure and flow and precise working temperature. The HTS has no mechanical refrigeration but is fitted with a circulation pump, plate heat exchanger and CC-Pilot controller.

The CC-Pilot controller is equipped with a colour display and RS232 interface which controls the cooling water temperature from 5 to 80 °C with a stability of ± 0.1 K, via a Pt100 sensor directly connected to the application. The HTS offers good temperature stability and depending on model and water temperature, cooling powers of up to 15 kW can be achieved.

In addition visitors will be able to see the popular Petite Fleur - the baby Tango, an entry level Unistat circulator for applications in the mid-range -40˚C to 200˚C. The Petite Fleur is two-thirds the size, two-third the power and two thirds the cost of the Unistat Tango. Despite its size, the Petite Fleur features all the benefits in performance and safety of a hydraulically sealed system, while the CC Pilot Professional Controller provides the unit with full functionality.

The compact Minichiller is designed as a space saving tower and with a footprint of just 225 x 360mm the Minichiller takes up less bench space than many laptops. With a temperature range of -20 to +40°C and cooling capacity of 300 watts at 15°C, Minichillers are ideal for cooling reaction blocks, vapour traps, vacuum pump condensers, rotary evaporators or heat exchangers.

Ministats are the smallest cooling thermostats in the world! The Ministat range consists of three models, which are available as either air- or water-cooled versions. Depending on the model, working temperatures are from -45°C to +200°C and cooling capacities of 600 watts. A powerful variable speed pressure/suction pump allows optimum circulation and can be controlled using an optional pressure sensor, which protects delicate glassware.
