AMRI appoints vp, general counsel and secretary
Lori Henderson will lead legal and corporate affairs activities
Henderson will lead all of AMRI's legal and corporate affairs activities for locations worldwide, including the US, Europe and Asia. Previously, she served as general counsel, corporate secretary and chief administrative officer for Rand Worldwide.
Prior to that, she was general counsel, corporate secretary and chief administrative officer for Moldflow Corporation. She was also corporate counsel and clerk at CP Clare Corporation and an associate at Goodwin Procter.
