Automation and production line efficiencies will be the focus from Advanced Dynamics on Stand C32 at this year's PPMA show.
At the NEC, Birmingham from 27–29 September, the firm will show its labelling and feeding equipment for the pharmaceuticals and other industries.
Advanced Dynamics is the sole UK distributor of Pack Leader’s automated labelling systems.
The firm will be demonstrating the in-line, front and back, together with the PRO-625 wraparound system for accurately labelling bottles at high speed regardless of their shape or size.
The firm will also show Pack Leader's other labelling equipment, including the entry level tabletop ELF labellers.
These include the ELF-20, for top product labelling of boxes, jars, pouches and cards as well as other related items, and the compact ELF-50 wraparound labeller for bottles, jars, tins, etc.
The ELF-20 is of aluminium and stainless steel design, which makes it portable and durable. It supports packs up to 180mm in width, while the operating system and microprocessor controls have many added features that can boost production efficiency.
The ELF-50 can be moved around production areas and is easily adjustable for a large range of bottles.

Advanced Dynamics will also be promoting Pack Leader’s PL-221 top and base label application system, complete with thermal transfer printer, the PL-501 wrap around labeller and PL-211 top labeller.
Sharing centre stage with this range of labelling machines will be the latest in feeding technology from Advanced Dynamics.
The Köra Packmat AF300 friction feeder is suitable for the separation of flat products between 60gsm to 30mm, such as leaflets, postcards and booklets.

Pack Leader’s labelling systems can all be fitted with an electronic servo-driven auto-changeover system, which includes memory storage of product parameters.
