Almac Clinical Services, part of the global contract pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organisation, the Almac Group, has invited participants from the Biopharma Industry to join its upcoming lunch and learn workshop in San Francisco, California.

Hosted at Doubletree Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North on Wednesday, 27 March, the complimentary workshop will examine “Clinical Trial Supply and Technology: A proven approach to achieve supply chain harmony”. Leading the workshop will be Almac’s clinical supply experts, including Jacqueline Masker, Supply Chain Manager and Project Leader, Cheryl Kole, Director of Technical Solutions and Andy Ritchey, Supply Chain Manager.

Using real life case studies and interactive discussion, the workshop will follow the life cycle of the physical clinical supply chain from bulk manufacture to destruction, demonstrating the effective use of integrated digital systems for site, drug and patient management. Attendees will learn how to achieve an optimised and harmonised clinical supply chain as well as discussing how to overcome the barriers posed by the management of clinical supplies.

Workshop speaker, Cheryl Kole, said: “We are excited to be hosting this unique workshop which will give participants an opportunity to understand Almac’s extensive clinical supply capabilities. The primary goal of this workshop is for attendees to leave with a wealth of knowledge on how to execute their trials more effectively based on a solid understanding of having a harmonised physical and digital clinical supply chain.”
