As part of a concerted focus on helping dealers to make the most of the packaging cross-selling opportunity, Antalis’ Office division has bolstered its team with the hire of a new packaging specialist.
Ian Whitcombe joins the business bringing with him more than 20 years’ experience in the complex packaging industry.
He joined Pregis in 2005 as Regional Sales Manager for Ambassador Packaging before transferring within Group; occupying the role of National Account Manager for Office and Retail at Jiffy Packaging, where he worked for 7 years, playing an instrumental role in maintaining and growing sales for a leading brand in an increasingly competitive market place.
Now active in his new position at Antalis, Whitcombe’s job is to drive the packaging cross selling opportunity across all office channels by using his unique skill-set to arm the sales teams’ with the tools and know-how to provide a first class packaging proposition to customers. On a strategic level, the remit is to add value to the growth of packaging sales within the office division and gain market share.
