Apply pharma products with PinPoint accuracy

Adelphi Healthcare Packaging showed a collapsible tube made from aluminium or plastic, with a cone-shaped dispensing valve made from a thermoplastic elastomer or silicon for accurately applying the filled product at the Total exhibition this week.

The PinPoint tube, made by Linhardt of Germany, automatically closes the valve after use, which protects the product from contaminants.

This ‘ointment pen’ is primarily used as a container for pharmaceutical products and offers targeted application of active ingredients.

Adelphi Healthcare Packaging, the UK distributor of Linhardt products, says tube samples with a standard diameter of 19mm are available on request.
