Chiltern International, a global contract research organisation (CRO) based in Bath, Avon, UK, has appointed Andrew Monaghan as Director of Global Pharmacovigilance.
In this role Monaghan, who will be based in the UK, will lead the Chiltern Pharmacovigilance team and expand the organisation’s global pharmacovigilance services.
Monaghan has more than 30 years’ experience in clinical research and development, most recently as Global Head of Safety Operations at Roche Products, UK. He has worked in the US and France in Regulatory Affairs and was the global head of study management and data management groups. His experience spans the major therapeutic areas.
