DMC appoints Chief Financial Officer

Ashley Jenkins has strategic experience in the oil and gas industry with Felix Energy and Double Eagle Petroleum

DMC Biotechnologies has appointed Ashley Jenkins as CFO. Jenkins joins from Felix Energy where she has worked since 2013. She will join the company’s Boulder, Colorado office.

Jenkins has strategic experience in the oil and gas industry with Felix Energy and Double Eagle Petroleum Co as well as with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Philadelphia and Denver. She was VP, Controller at Felix Energy and CFO of the subsidiary Felix Water. She participated in the successful sale of more than $6.0bn in upstream, midstream and mineral assets. She was involved in corporate structure and strategy and financing facilities with loans of up to $1.5bn.

Jenkins said: “I feel fortunate to join a strong team that has already proven the commercial viability of its first product. The DMC technology platform can bring economic and environmental cost savings across a wide range of products used in everyday goods. I'm looking forward to propelling DMC’s growth at a time when reliable and sustainable supply chains are more important than ever.”
