Envirotainer appoints Niklas Prager as ceo

His predecessor will advise on special projects and stay as a board member

Envirotainer, a Swedish logistics specialist, has appointed Niklas Prager, currently chairman, as chief executive. He succeeds Thomas Persson, who will remain with the company as senior advisor on special projects and serve on the board of directors.

David Holm-Ovrén, board director representing Envirotainer’s majority shareholder, AAC Capital Partners, said: ‘Thomas has led Envirotainer to four years of excellent growth, and has extensive industry knowledge. We are very happy to be able to keep him in the organisation and to benefit from his services as a senior resource within business development.’

He added: ‘Niklas has a long and successful background in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries, including executive positions at MSD and Pfizer. We are looking forward to the strategic insight and leadership experience he will bring to the organisation in his new role.’
