Helapet has upgraded its facility by investing in a state-of-the-art bespoke vacuum packaging machine to meet the increased demands for sterile packaging within controlled environments. The machines are programmed per product to gain maximum efficiency and security to produce quality packaged disposables suitable for use in aseptic areas and isolator cabinets.
The machines remove the air from each pack during the packaging process ensuring that microbial particulates are extracted before sealing securely with a validated heat seal. Sterile products are then sterilised by either gamma irradiation or ETO gassing processes. Products that now benefit from the new cleaner and more secure packaging process are, our range of PharmaPack bulk packed syringes, our individually sterile wrapped sharps bins and our pharmacy prep trays.
