Müller Cleaning Solutions, the cleaning technology division of the Mueller Group and a leading manufacturer of cleaning systems for the pharmaceutical industry, has completed a move into a new office and production building at Muenchenstein, Switzerland, which provides more space for bulk orders and offers the potential to add more staff.
The company says its new ultra-modern production facility increases its capacity and will enable it to meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and functionality demanded by customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
A generous layout for the production flow, with short distances between each assembly area, ensures efficient production with short delivery times to customers. The technical offices border directly onto the production floor, which encourages dialogue between departments.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) test stand
Six test stations permit factory acceptance tests and wash trials under realistic conditions with complete media supply. During the factory acceptance stage, customers can work completely undisturbed in the conference room near to the test stations.
Christian Heuer, COO of Müller Cleaning Solutions, said the move to Münchenstein is a further step in the company's objective of becoming a leading provider of pharmaceutical cleaning technology.
