Neopharm Labs has acquired MS Pharma, a company located in Laval, Quebec with an excellent reputation in the market and specialised in Chemical and Microbiological Quality Control Analyses.
With this acquisition, Neopharm Labs reaffirms its position as a trusted partner to leaders in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 30 years.

This new acquisition is the latest in a series that began in 2016 with the acquisition of Averica Discovery, a Greater Boston-based contract research organisation specialising in early phase studies and analytical method development, which enabled Neopharm Labs to expand its geographic reach in the US and, in doing so, pursue its growth strategy and further diversify its services in the region.
