NextPharma Technologies, a European contract manufacturer, has appointed Jean Cuiné to its executive management team. Dr Cuiné has joined the firm from Novartis, where he held a number of senior roles in chemistry manufacturing and controls (CMC) development
In his new role, Cuiné will be instrumental in driving forward NextPharma’s product development services on a global scale.
Cuiné joined NextPharma in March 2013 with more than 12 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining the company, he spent seven years at Novartis where he held roles of increasing responsibility in CMC development including Global Program Technical Director for several Novartis pharma development programmes. Before this he spent five years conducting research at Strasbourg University and Monash University.
