Patheon, a global provider of drug development and manufacturing services has appointed Stuart Grant as executive vice president, chief financial officer.
Grant joins the firm following an accomplished career in finance for several global public companies.
He was most recently senior vice president and chief financial officer of BioCryst Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this Grant was group chief financial officer for Serono SA where he worked for 12 years, until the company Merck acquired the company. He also spent 15 years in finance at Digital Equipment Company and several years working as a tax consultant and senior auditor for Price Waterhouse in Glasgow, Scotland.
