PharmaLex completes regulatory compliance merger in the US

US-based Arbour Group has been acquired by German PharmaLex Group

PharmaLex Group has completed the merger of Arbour Group in the US.

The global company based in Germany are specialist providers of development consulting, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, epidemiology & risk management, and quality management & compliance worldwide.

Arbour Group is a global provider of regulatory compliance solutions for the life sciences industry. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Arbour Group has offices throughout North America along with service delivery centres in Dubai, UAE and Manila, Philippines.

The addition of Arbour Group will reinforce the existing quality management and compliance portfolio of PharmaLex with expertise in the field of IT systems validation and compliance. This also supports a key focus of delivering connected health solutions to help customers address industry advances in AI, cloud applications and GDPR.

In addition to strengthening its foothold in the US, the merger will provide PharmaLex the opportunity to expand its global reach and take advantage of the off-shoring capabilities afforded by the Dubai and Manila operations.
