Recipharm in discussions with Alcon regarding manufacturing agreement
Agreement in principle to enter into a long-term manufacturing agreement for a range of ophthalmology products
Recipharm is currently in discussions with Alcon and has reached agreement in principle to enter into a long-term manufacturing agreement for a range of ophthalmology products.
As part of this arrangement, Recipharm will also acquire Alcon’s manufacturing facility located in Kaysersberg, France. The 260 people currently employed at the Kaysersberg site would transfer and continue to be offered employment by Recipharm following the date of the sale.
Further details will be made available following the end of consultation with the Works Council of Alcon and finalisation of the negotiations.
