Offering corrosion resistance and durability, Juchheim reaction vessels have working volumes ranging from 50 ml up to 200 L

Juchheim manufactures chemical and technical pilot plants made of stainless steel and special alloys, according to customer specifications on a laboratory or pilot plant scale, with reaction volumes ranging from millilitres to 150 L. The vessels are now available from Labtex.

Offering corrosion resistance and durability, Juchheim reaction vessels have working volumes ranging from 50 ml up to 200 L, operating pressures from vacuum to 500 bar, and operating temperatures up to 500 ºC.

The LabClave reaction vessel is suitable for laboratory and pilot plants, with various customisation options. Numerous central stirrer alternatives are available, including the anchor stirrer, impeller stirrer or propeller stirrer. All LabClave lids have a sight glass, an illumination glass, and a thermometer stock, which are screwed into the lid and easy to remove and replace. For higher resistance requirements, Hastelloy, tantalum or PTFE/PFA coatings are available.

For high pressure reactions, Juchheim’s HiClave chemical reactor systems are the ultimate solution. Available either as a single high-pressure autoclave or as a complete system, the system offers a working pressure of up to 500 bar and a maximum temperature of up to 500 ºC. The HiClave is available with a stainless steel, Hastelloy, PTFE/PFA or tantalum coating.
