Visitors to the Russell Finex booth at Fispal Tecnologia were able to see demonstrations of the latest and most innovative sieving and filtration machines.
The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter provides efficient filtration down to 10 μm without interruption. This self cleaning strainer incorporates a reusable filter element and unique SpiroKlene wiper system to continuously clean the filter and remove oversize contamination.
The Russell Compact Sieve is designed for high capacity check-screening of powders and granules. Ideal for sieving products such as flour, sugar and nuts; the food-safe industrial sieve removes oversize contamination to ensure food product quality.
The circular vibratory sifter fits neatly into existing production lines, to provide significant screening throughput without needing excessive headroom.
The Russell Vibrasonic Deblinding System enables food powders to be accurately screened on finer meshes. The patented ultrasonic sieve applies an ultrasonic frequency to the screen to eliminate mesh blinding and clogging, which increases throughput rates and improves product quality.
During the three-day show, Russell Finex staff had the pleasure of meeting numerous existing and potential customers. Visitors to the booth were presented with demonstrations of the latest fine mesh separation innovations and technologies available from Russell Finex to improve product quality.
