2014: a very exciting year for Laetus

This year Laetus celebrates its 40th anniversary – without any sign of a mid-life crisis!

Christoph Staub, Laetus Managing Director since 2012, is providing new strategic impulses. 'Technical innovations combined with the know-how of processes and our customers’ needs lead to continuing growth at Laetus and ensure that medicine contains exactly what it proclaims on its packaging,' he says.

Regulatory requirements have changed the market immensely and Laetus has mastered the switch from a supplier of cameras to a solution provider with great success. The experience of 40 years and the ability to constantly adapt to new demands, often even taking on a leading role, pays off.

Falsified European Directive

2014 will be a year of challenges, especially for pharmaceutical companies in Europe. After the European FMD has set specific deadlines for the implementation of Track & Trace solutions, the market is now being called into action.
