Fill4Sure provides an innovative solution to the challenges drug manufacturers experience throughout the fill-finish process, such as high costs and limited speed. Fill4Sure is cost-efficient, offering tailor-made assemblies and allowing for easy up or downscaling to meet the varying needs across the industry.
Fill4Sure has several advanced features, including clean, low-particulate 2D surge bags, silicone overmoulding for enhanced durability, high-performance tubing to ensure accuracy and oil and adhesive-free OEM and custom-designed needles to minimise contamination risks and ensure product purity.
These advanced features streamline biomanufacturing or bioprocessing processes whilst supporting manufacturers in expanding their capacity and securing supply chains.
