Among the products being shown by Extract Technology, part of Carlisle Life Sciences, will be a mobile dryer offload system, a Quadro mill isolator and the full PBSC product range, including the latest transfer hatch and emergency escape panel.

The mobile dryer offload system comes complete with product closing valve and an integrated weighing system. Other features include an inward inflating filling head, which forms an effective dust-tight seal by compressing the liner against a fixed seal spigot. The Comil U5 Quadro mill isolator incorporates a 'dustless' chute design that allows for the processing of small batches without blowback. Options include explosion-proof electrics and an easily removable milling head.

PBSC, a division of Extract Technology, designs and supplies components specifically for clean controlled environments, including stand-alone units and bespoke components that can be integrated into new or existing facilities.
