All-Fill leads the way in filling
All-Fill International, a leader in the design and manufacture of vertical auger-based powder filling systems, will be exhibiting a selection of both automatic and semi-automatic machines.

The AFI Series 100 filling system is a single-head in-line automatic filler capable of filling at 50+ containers per minute. This versatile machine will handle cylindrical, rectangular and square containers, all via simple and fast adjustments, without tools and without change-parts. The filling station features container lift for progressive bottom-up compressive filling of fine powders, and container vibration for settling of granular products.
Like all All-Fill machines, the filling head features no-tools removal of auger, funnel and hopper, all recess-free for speed of changeover and ease of cleaning. The Siemens plc and large format touch-screen HMI panel permit on-screen selection of all variable filling parameters with simple-to-use pictorials, stored in individual recipes for immediate recall. When filling by weight with integrated load-cells or downstream checkweigher, fill weights can be displayed graphically, on screen, in real time.
At Achema the unit will be demonstrated filling fine "dusty" powder into narrow neck bottles, with bottleneck location and neck-entry lift for dust-free filling.
There will also be three examples of the floor-standing pedestal Series 10 semi-automatic fillers: one servo-driven weigh-filler with high-speed bulk fill and slow speed top-up for optimum speed/accuracy; a standard drive volumetric unit filling free-flowing granules; and a strip-down. machine without power or powder to demonstrate ease of tooling/hopper removal.
Also on show will be a Series 1 Micro-fill unit, an ultra-high accuracy bench-top microdoser with integral workstation, multi-stage precision filling 200mg to +/-2mg onto a Mettler balance.
