Allen combines application and printing for Chemilines

Growing business has led pharmaceutical distributor Chemilines to invest in a PALS label applicator, specially fitted with the TT531M thermal coder from Thermo Allen Coding.

Growing batch sizes were made it imperative that Chemilines integrated its label application and printing procedures. The obvious solution was to seek an in-line printing set up where labels were printed on demand, rather than in advance. After much deliberation, the PAL label applicator fitted with the TT531M thermal coder was chosen.

Able to work with intermittent packaging, form fill and seal and labelling equipment, the coder prints accurately aligned, fixed and changeable information onto a range of label sizes.
