UK-based ligand and chemistry services supplier Ascent Scientific has introduced a new tool that will help those companies researching anxiety and stress-related disorders.


UK-based ligand and chemistry services supplier Ascent Scientific has introduced a new tool that will help those companies researching anxiety and stress-related disorders.

The chemical, called AMN082, selectively activates a particular protein in the brain - the mGlu7 glutamate receptor subtype. These receptors are thought to be involved in anxiety and stress-related disorders.
