Featured will be the new FXS 5100 machine for filling and sealing sterilised syringes. This machine produces at speeds of up to 30,000 syringes per hour with high levels of process security and user friendliness.
Meanwhile Tevopharm, a Bosch Packaging Technology company, is introducing a new control platform for its Pack-2000(BM) flow-wrapping machine. The state-of-the art controller is designed to enable users to comply with GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations when feeding or wrapping products such as bottles, syringes, vials, blisters and inhalers.
Sister company Sigpack Systems is presenting a new integrated solution for the secondary packaging of blisters which incorporates a pick-and-place feeding system, a horizontal flow-wrapping machine and a top-loading system for end-of-line packaging. This combination of technologies offers users a highly flexible and economical solution.
Sigpack Systems will also provide information on new stick pack and flat pouch systems. These systems open a broad range of performance options, for the primary and secondary packaging of non-aseptic pharmaceutical powders.
