Cimaka hoses fit the bill

Cimaka, Cimasmooth, Cimaflex and Cimachem comprise the family of ready-to-mount PTFE hoses for chemical and thermal applications available from Swiss company Cimaka International.


Cimaka, Cimasmooth, Cimaflex and Cimachem comprise the family of ready-to-mount PTFE hoses for chemical and thermal applications available from Swiss company Cimaka International.

They are manufactured using a broad range of fittings, and stainless steel braiding allows for high pressure applications. The hoses" white PTFE cores are toxicologically and physiologically safe, and can be used in temperatures ranging from -50 to +250°C. Electrically conductive hoses with black cores are also available.

Cimasmooth high pressure PTFE hoses can be used for solvent, acid and base lines in chemical applications. Corrugated Cimaflex hoses up to NW 100 can be used as suction and pressure lines wherever outstanding dynamics are required, particularly for production systems in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. For applications in which mediums and fittings must be isolated from each other, the universally resistant PTFE liner can be pulled through the hose connector and beaded.

The smooth Cimachem hose has a PTFE core, highly resistant EPDM elastomer jacket, textile lining and steel spiral. The product's smooth surface, good pressure resistance and optimal flexibility allow for residue-free applications and impeccable purity.
