Control options for versatile dosing

The gamma/L solenoid-driven dosing pump from ProMinent fluid controls features two microprocessors to allow the control and monitoring of solutions to be tailored to the needs of individual users.

As well as using the integral control panel to set stroke length and rate, the pump can be controlled from a variety of external signals. The pump has a capacity of up to 32l/h.

The gamma/L can be driven externally via an 0/4-20mA signal. By linking the stroke rate to the input signal, an inversely proportional control function is created. This allows the pump to be used for metering with an integrated proportional controller. The pump can be controlled by external 0-1V or 0-5V signals.

In addition, the pump can be controlled by voltage-free contacts, such as those from a water meter or a Dulcometer measurement and control unit. Each incoming pulse corresponds to one metering stroke.
