Createchnic rebrands as Medisize Schweiz

With effect from 1 July, Swiss company Createchnic will change its name to Medisize Schweiz.


With effect from 1 July, Swiss company Createchnic will change its name to Medisize Schweiz.

The company was acquired last November by Gurit-Heberlein, of Wattwil in Switzerland and was integrated into Gurit's Health Care Division. Createchnic is the Swiss subsidiary of the Medisize group and joins sister companies based in the Netherlands, Ireland and Czech Republic. The name change is intended to to highlight this membership and to enable a common marketing approach.

The company, based in Nuerensdorf, Zurich, will continue to develop and manufacture primary plastic packaging for the pharma, food and chemical-technical industries as well as demanding solutions for the medical device market. Most of the products are produced under cleanroom conditions to fulfil demanding hygiene requirements.
