Crompton extends offering to pharma

US-based Crompton, which manufactures a full range of organotin reagents, has extended its line of services, such as waste water treatment, recycling, purification and disposal to the pharmaceutical industry.


US-based Crompton, which manufactures a full range of organotin reagents, has extended its line of services, such as waste water treatment, recycling, purification and disposal to the pharmaceutical industry.

Crompton has also implemented a new filling station for liquid organotin specialties at its facility in Bergkamen, Germany. The station enables containers from 50 to 1,000kg to be automatically filled with liquid organotin specialties, sealed, and labelled for shipment. This technology enables organotin specialties to be used in a wider range of applications, while also complying with local environmental regulations.

'We believe the technology represented by this filling station, as well as the waste water treatment and recycling services are important advances in Crompton's service of the pharmaceutical markets,' said Vittorio Cianchini, Crompton business development.
