Cyprotex signs three-year agreement with Roche

Cyprotex, the UK-based pharmacokinetics specialist, has signed a three-year agreement with Roche to provide services in support of Roche's drug discovery unit based in Basel, Switzerland.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cyprotex will perform studies that will provide information on the absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination (ADME) properties of Roche compounds. Cyprotex will perform these analyses on a monthly basis for the next three years. The terms of the agreement provide scope for expansion of the relationship.

This new agreement follows an 18-month period where the two companies have forged a successful relationship.
